Rock party, Aussie style
Either of two rival South Australia classic rock and pop cover bands can really liven up a party. And, from what I've observed, boomers are far from the only party animals who snap fingers to these old hits.
The bands -- SingIt Live and Hindley Street Country Club -- like to cover big hits of the past in their colorful, zippy live-style videos. Play Hindley Street Country Club or the spinoff group SingIt Live at your social event, and you're bound to give your guests a good time.
With artful imitations of the original hits, these Australians fairly often outdo the original performers in professionalism and verve -- and their videos are far superior in sound and eye appeal to most of the old stuff.
The latest offerings are Keep Me Hanging On performed by SingIt Live and Every Little Thing She Does performed by Hindley Street.
