Brace for a potentially massive expansion of violence-tainted demonstrations across America on Saturday, June 14.
On that day — Flag Day — anti-Trumpers are promoting "No Kings" day events in cities across America as part of their avowed strategy of blocking President Donald J. Trump and crippling his activities at every turn.
See No Kings statement HERE.

The expansion of the apparently spontaneous anti-ICE protests in Los Angeles to cities across the nation comes in the wake of coordinated efforts by activists and militants, many of whom follow suggestions from a New York City based group that sponsors militant events nationwide and locally in order to frustrate Trump's policies.
If plans hold, the anti-ICE protests will then dovetail with the "No Kings" events, which are aiming for massive media coverage. The main instigator and guiding hand of the protests, current and planned, is a group known as Indivisible, which holds Democrats to progressive and leftist policies with tactics meant to keep the Democratic Party in line with its ideology.
Indivisible, which has support of university faculty unionists, powerful unions and other leftists, asserts that it promotes peaceful protests and urges demonstrators to bring no weapons to events. Yet, not all who attend such events subscribe to the nonviolence statement, a fact which is evident from the Black Lives Matter demonstrations of 2020, which had substantial support from Indivisible.
These demonstrations tend to flare out of control when local Democratic leaders handle rioters with kid gloves, perhaps in response to Indivisible's political pressure.
A major backer of the upcoming No Kings protests is a union that represents many print and broadcast journalists. The Communications Workers of America is also seeking to unionize Silicon Valley and Big Tech workers.
According to Indivisible, other No Kings partners are Black Lives Matter, Federal Workers Against DOGE, Planned Parenthood, many abortion defense and feminist groups, the ACLU, "pride" activists, the Sierra Club and various conservation groups, Labor Today International, Our Revolution, various "May Day" leftists, and avowed atheists.

Indivisible was formed by a group of Democratic House staff members left jobless, they felt, by Tea Party tactics — tactics the group decided to emulate. Instead of positive goals, the activists decided on forming protest coalitions based on the single theme: Stop Trump.
Among tactics were blitzkrieg pressure campaigns against members of Congress by organized local constituents; the packing of town hall meetings with local militants who arrive early to assure that candidates are peppered with politically freighted questions; having constiuents challenge politicians at photo opportunities such as ribbon-cuttings; and in general dogging them at every step with questions designed to hurt them politically.

At present, Indivisible vows to "play hardball wherever we’ve got Democrats in local, city, or state office — pushing them to block, delay, and challenge MAGA’s attacks." The target, the group says, is Agenda 25, a conservative wish list that includes mass deportation. The group avoids directly addressing the issue of the mass influx of unvetted aliens that occurred during the Biden years. Indivisible's updated action handbook is found HERE.
Among Democratic politicians who are probably safe from Indivisible's attacks is Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, a longtime Democratic politician who has managed to overcome the stain of her many visits to Castro's Cuba for training in what critics saw as Communist subversion methods. The CWA-influenced media have in recent years been profoundly muted on her pro-Communist background, which she says she has moved away from.

Note that Perplexity.ai was silent on Bass's Communist association until I inquired about it, and even then took a defensive tone in her behalf.
The CWA is a union well known for its leftist and progressive stances. In its early years it was affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations when the latter was strongly influenced by Communists. One reason for the CIO’s merger with the American Federation of Labor — becoming the AFL-CIO — was its Communist odor aired during the McCarthy years. The CWA is in general in accord with Indivisible's "humane" stance on unvetted aliens.
One of Indivisible's directors is a powerful union boss, Bill Dempsey, the chief financial officer for Service Employees International Union, which represents some 2 million workers in the United States and Canada. More than half of SEIU's members work in healthcare. The remainder are government employees, including police officers, and building workers such as janitors, security guards and food service workers.
SEIU is known for its strong support of Democratic candidates and progressive causes, including the Affordable Care Act and the Fight for a $15 minimum wage.
Here is more background on Indivisible and its organizers:
Indivisible was founded in late 2016 by a group of former congressional staff members in response to the election of Trump to the presidency.
The movement began when a 23-page handbook went viral. That booklet, Indivisible: A Practical Guide for Resisting the Trump Agenda, provided strategies for grassroots resistance modeled in part on Tea Party tactics, which revolutionized the Republican Party.
Indivisible founders include wife and husband Leah Greenberg and Ezra Levin, who are both executive directors; and Angel Padilla, Indivisible’s former policy director for advocacy. The organization's directorate includes Fatima Goss Graves, head of the National Women’s Law Center, where Padilla works now.
Angel Padilla's career arcs across the world of Democratic causes, in particular anti-ICE enforcement, abortion defense, backing of transgenderism for teenagers, and adamant opposition to Trump. Padilla, who is of Mexican descent, has a bachelor's degree from UC/Berkeley and a master's from Princeton. He wrote much of the 2016 political tactics guide designed to hamstring Trump. The law center is a partner in the No Kings events set for Saturday.
Padilla’s career highlights:
National Immigration Law Center. Pushed for health care access for unvetted aliens (2014-2017)
Indivisible: A founder and policy director (2016–2021),.
Administration for Children and Families: Senior policy adviser in Biden health unit (2021-2022)
National Women’s Law Center: Health policy analyst and vice president for strategy (2022-present). Advocates unvetted alien access to federal health care programs and the Affordable Care Act. Indivisible material is still found on Princeton University's web site for students.
Another founder is ex-congressional aide Jeremy Haile, who went on to establish an early prison release program.
UPDATE ON ‘COMMUNIST TIES’ TO FLAREUPS
Congressional Republicans suspect a Marxist-Leninist group is financing the violence erupting at Indivisible protests and related flareups elsewhere. Lawmakers are launching an investigation of the Party for Socialism and Liberation, which is run by Neville Roy Singham, 71, a Shanghai-based businessman, who funds a number of U.S. activist groups and media outlets via front groups like the Justice and Education Fund.
The PSL is a Marxist-Leninist political party in the United States that advocates for revolutionary socialism and has a presence in dozens of American cities. Many organizations closely associated with PSL— such as BreakThrough News and the People's Forum — are also recipients of Singham's funding. Claudia De la Cruz, a PSL leader, works as a coordinator for the JEF, which has received more than $20 million from Singham, reports say.
The House oversight committee is launching a probe of Singham's ties to radical groups, including the PSL, particularly with respect to the violence-plagued protests in Los Angeles. See more on that story HERE.
While the PSL was reported to have played a significant role in organizing protests against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), no hard evidence has been shown that directly links the group to acts of violence during these events. The People's Forum, another Singham-funded group, has openly acknowledged its financial support from Singham and its alignment with "anti-imperialist" and pro-Palestinian causes.
Singham's PSL describes itself as a revolutionary socialist party aiming to overthrow capitalism in the United States and to establish socialism through mass mobilization and education. The party is involved in organizing protests, choosing and promoting political candidates, and in political education campaigns. It has been linked to several high-profile demonstrations and maintains close relationships with other leftist organizations, many of which also receive support from Singham.
Singham's fortune is estimated at $785 million, primarily stemming from the 2017 sale of his software company, ThoughtWorks. Trump's 2016 election victory appears to have prompted Singham to abandon the capitalist road.
Though Singham denies acting in concert with the Communist Chinese government, published reports say that:
Singham is based in Shanghai, which is directly administered by Beijing. He is regularly seen meeting with Chinese Communist Party officials, and has been spotted at Communist propaganda forums.
Multiple news reports, including by the New York Times, detail that Singham works closely with Chinese state media and funds a global network of organizations and news outlets that frequently echo pro-Chinese government narratives.
Indian authorities have investigated Singham for reportedly channeling money to Indian media outlets to promote Chinese government talking points. For more on that story, use THIS LINK.
Singham's father Archibald Wickeramaraja Singham, was a Sri Lankan political scientist and historian, a professor of political science at Brooklyn College of City University of New York, and was an authority on the Caribbean and a participant in the Non-Aligned Movement. His mother was Cuban.
